Returns Policy
Returns:
We hope you love your order but, if you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer returns within 14 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- Discounted/sale items are final and cannot be returned.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use. This includes makeup, deodorant stains, smoke/cigarette smell, pet hair, or stains of any kind.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Accepted options are USPS and UPS.
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

- No return authorization is needed.
- Please include the packing slip with your return. The packing slip is included in the bag with your purchase and has all of your information and order number on it.
- Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 days for us to process your return. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you.
Damaged Items:
Damages must be reported within two days of the receipt of your order. Damaged items do not include product discoloration due to lighting/resolution/photography. Please send all information about the damage with attached photos to info@capsuleandkey.com.
